Yoga with Rebecca Bradley: Tuesdays, 6 - 7pm
Rebecca completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in vinyasa Ashtanga and since then has completed 100 hours of Mandala Vinyasa, 50 hours of Rocket, and 50 hours of Yin, all with The Yoga People. Her classes are playful and dynamic with a strong emphasis on moving creatively to find freedom and space in the body, mind and soul.
HIIT with Flo & Milo & The Bull: Thursdays 7.15am - 8am
Flo is a qualified personal trainer, helping people to find joy in moving their bodies. You can expect high energy and challenging sessions, that give you a well-rounded and sweaty session. This class is designed with low impact variations, suitable for all levels.
Pilates with Maddy Cullen & Milo & The Bull : Saturdays, 10 - 10.45am
Maddy is a professional and progressive Mat Pilates teacher fully qualified with PhysicalMind Institute. Maddy’s classes work on strengthening the smaller, stabilising muscles through slow controlled movements, over time creating a beautifully balanced body. Expect to sweat, shake but most importantly smile! You’ll work your body from head to toe - the kind way - and leave feeling longer, leaner and stronger.
