BELLEFIELDS

Up to 240 standing.

Bellefields is on the ground floor of The Department Store Studios on Stockwell Avenue. The space opens out onto our beautiful Mediterranean style courtyard.

You can book for up to 6 hours. There are 2 set ups available for the venue:

-       The Bar for up to 100 people with a minimum spend of £3000

-       Exclusive Hire for a minimum spend of £4500 for bookings of up to 240 guests.

This is non inclusive of service charge. We offer a selection of drinks (with draft beers) along with some canapés and bowls.

Our opening times are:
Monday to Friday: 6.00pm – 12.30am
Saturday: 12pm – 12.30am
Sunday: 12pm – 9pm

Extensions to opening hours are available on request (conditions apply).

THE DOME

Seats 10 - 14 people

The Dome is situated in the iconic turret of The Department Store under a beautiful glass dome.

The room hire charge for this private dining space is £425 (subject to seasonal changes) and is accompanied by a set menu. All food and beverages are not included in the room hire fee, however, there is no minimum spend for this space.

This space opens out onto the roof terrace offering panoramic views of the city.

It is available weekdays, evenings and weekends.

20% off the room hire fee if you are an existing member.

Please be aware that for all bookings taking place after the 1st January 2025, the room hire charge will be as follow:

£425 for all daytime bookings and £450 for all evening bookings.

The 20% member discount will continue to apply.

THE ROSEBERRY ROOM

Seats up to 26 people or 70 standing.

The room hire charge for this private dining space is £575 (subject to seasonal changes) and is accompanied by either a set menu or drinks and canapés.

All food and beverages are not included in the room hire fee, however, there is no minimum spend for this space. 

This space opens out onto the roof terrace offering panoramic views of the city.

It is available weekdays, evenings and weekends.

20% off the room hire fee if you are an existing member.

Please be aware that for all bookings taking place after the 1st January 2025, the room hire charge will be as follow:

  • All daytime bookings at £575

  • Evening bookings from Tuesday to Friday at £595

  • Saturday evening bookings at £675

    The 20% member discount will continue to apply.

THE RESTAURANT

Seats up to 110 people or 250 standing

Upstairs is a unique rooftop restaurant, bar and terrace available for private hire on Monday evenings. 

To hire the main space there is a minimum spend of £8,000 excluding service charge (subject to seasonal changes).
