Last year we celebrated Pride on on our terrace with colourful flags, rainbow cocktails and a lot of dancing. As we open our doors again in July, our Rainbow Pride cocktail will be a featured on our menu but if you'd like to make your own at home, here's how!

Ingredients
50ml Triple sec (Eg Cointreau)
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Gomme syrup (2 caster sugar:1 water)
1 dash orange bitters
1 egg white/ 25ml Aquafaba if available

Method:
Shake without ice vigorously, and then again with ice and strain into a large wine glass filled with ice.
Pour over 25ml Chambord and finish with a glow stick ‘rainbow’ in the top of the glass.
