MARGARITA DAY


Happy Margarita Day! Now dry January is officially over we don't have to feel bad for indulging in these two delicious Margarita recipes.

The Classic Margarita
50ml Tequila
40ml Lime Juice
30ml Cointreau
Pinch of Kosher Salt - or whatever you have in the cupboard
Lime Wedges

Sprinkle a few teaspoons of salt over the surface of a small plate or saucer. Rub one wedge of lime along the rim of the tumbler and then dip it into the salt so that the entire rim is covered.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the tequila, lime juice and Cointreau. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Strain the mix into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Serve with a wedge of lime.

Tommy’s Margarita
60ml Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Rosemary Agave (Agave or honey that’s had Rosemary sit in it for about a week)

Repeat the method above but no need to strain with a Tommy's, just shake and pour!
