Keeping fit and healthy is harder than ever right now and finding the motivation can be tough, so we'd like to make things easier for you. After the success of the HIIT classes back in May, this month sees the return of 4 more classes, every Monday throughout July.

Milo & The Bull have a simple, honest and holistic approach to health and fitness with high energy, intense conditioning sessions that provide a fat burning combination of cardiovascular and strength work.
We ask all those taking part in the class to keep their video on so that the trainer can give feedback and prevent any injuries.
