In honour of Veganuary, an organization that encourages people to go vegan for the month of January, our Upstairs kitchen team having been working hard on a mouth watering, all vegan, four course tasting menu. We will be pairing each course with a vegan beer, wine or cocktail that perfectly complements each course.
