Join Corinna Downstairs as we will practically explore breath work, the mindfulness of breathing, and mindful movement. We will explore different teachings to help integrate mindfulness practices into our day-to-day lives. This workshop will allow you to deepen your meditation practice and plant the seeds to grow a grounding practice in 2024. All levels welcome.
