We are excited to announce the start of our Transition Culture Series, an art and architecture salon, hosted by Upstairs member and editor-at-large, Michael Barnett. The evening will begin with a summer cocktail while you chat with fellow Upstairs members. Michael will then be joined by three guest speakers from the creative world, each speaking passionately about their industry, giving us an insightful look into their world. The talks will conclude with a stunning operatic performance by Marie Angle, a classically trained singer who has performed all over the world.

Guest speakers include; Heidi Locher, an award winning architect, fine artist and video artist, who will be speaking about the effect architecture has on our daily lives. Chris Roche, a photographer who has spent five years traveling the globe exploring different faith traditions, who will talk about his latest exhibition, Devotion, and Britta Sigglelkow, who coaches and consults architects and designers. Britta will discuss the tools needed for the creative process and the benefits of thinking inside the box. The talks will include Q&A sessions.
