RECIPES FROM OUR CHEFS


Our wonderful chefs will be offering their favourite recipes that everyone can make at home with ingredients commonly found in your cupboards!

Serves:
3-4 people

Ingredients:
725g Baked Potato | 1 Egg Yolk | 13g Maldon Salt | 120g ‘00’ Flour | 18g Parmesan

Directions:
1. Bake potatoes at 180°C until fluffy in the middle.
2. Scoop out the centre of the potato (no skins!) and push it through a sieve or mash thoroughly if you don't have a sieve at home.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and quickly knead to form a dough.
4. Roll out the dough in long strips (roughly the thickness of your thumb) and cut into even sized pieces, approximately 2 centimetres in length.
5. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch until the gnocchi rises to the top.
6. Remove the gnocchi from the pot and place on a slightly oiled tray until lightly cooled.
7. Pour over your favourite sauce and enjoy!
