MEDITATION WORKSHOP WITH SEHER KAHN


Friend of Upstairs, Seher Kahn, will be teaching a range of meditation techniques to allow you to clear your thoughts, slow down and destress. After trialling each technique and working out which is best for you, Seher will guide you through a 45-60 minute body meditation.
