We are looking forward to our Barre fitness class, a workout that combines ballet, pilates, dance, yoga and strength training and focuses on high reps of small range movements.
The class will be run by Upstairs member, Tara Nicholas, a qualified BarreConcept teacher and level 3 personal trainer. Tara believes Barre, with its combination of dance, choreography and music, provides the perfect mixture of enjoyable physical and mental challenges and outstanding fitness results.
Exercise equipment and yoga mats will be provided. Please note, we will be using a chair instead of a ballet bar.
