Breathwork is a powerful practice for releasing blocked energy, accessing deep emotions, and cultivating inner peace. In these sessions, Emma guides you through a range of breathwork techniques to support healing, transformation, and self-discovery.

You’ll be held in a safe, supportive space as you explore different breath styles and elemental energies, allowing awareness to expand and dormant aspects of self to awaken. Sessions invite curiosity and gentle exploration, with the breath guiding you inward.

Each session closes with a restorative Yoga Nidra to ground and integrate the experience.
