Tai Chi for Calm & Clarity - a 6 week course

Discover the calming power of Tai Chi in this six-week course, led by Kitty. Each session will guide you through gentle, flowing movements that stretch and strengthen the body, improve balance and coordination, and ease built-up tension. Classes begin with simple Qi Gong exercises to warm up, expand and release any tension in the body before moving into a short Tai Chi form designed to restore focus and bring clarity of mind. You’ll leave each session feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.

No previous experience or special clothing is needed - just wear something comfortable and come ready to move.

About Kitty: Kitty brings nearly 30 years of experience in Tai Chi, dance, and martial arts, giving her an extensive understanding of movement and an engaging teaching style. Her teaching style is down-to-earth and accessible, giving people practical tools to reduce stress, find balance, and restore focus.
