Need a moment to reset and recharge? Come along to our Tai Chi Workshop hosted by Kitty from Tai Chi Brixton. Tai Chi provides a gentle, structured approach to releasing tension, clearing the mind and reconnecting with the body. Participants are guided through simple flowing movements designed to stretch out and ease built-up tension, with practice focusing on breath work, flow and building a grounded stance.
Open to everyone - no special clothing or experience needed. Just bring yourself and discover practical techniques for whenever you need that mental reset.
