Breathwork Session & Cold Plunge

We breathe every minute of our lives - so why were we never taught to do it properly? For something that is so simple yet essential to us being alive, learning to breathe correctly can have huge benefits to our physical health, training & performance, as well as sharpen our mental wellbeing. Along with the breathwork, we'll prepare you to experience (and maybe even enjoy) an ice bath, with all the benefits it delivers.

All you need to bring is a swimming costume, flip slops or sandals, towel.
