This is a welcoming 4-week meditation course designed for complete beginners, those wanting to deepen their practice, or anyone seeking to begin the year in a more mindful, grounded way. Each session will be 2-hours long and explores a different meditation technique - from mindfulness and body scan to loving-kindness and guided visualisation, supporting you in reducing stress and nurturing well-being.
4 x 2 hour weekly sessions starting on Wednesday 7th January.
